Update 0.9

Incorporated KET commander traits with slight changes.

  • Added martial_per_prestige_level = 1 to all the traits to correspond with overhauled traits.
    Also slightly reduced some of the static martial modifiers, for the same reason, while adding travel modifiers too.

Incorporated More Congenital Traits[mods.paradoxplaza.com]with an overhaul to modifiers.
  • Heavily reduced the base stats 30-50% to align with the rest of my overhauled traits.
  • Added travel or vassal opinions too.
  • Reduced Ruler cost.
  • Balanced the birth & random creation modifiers.

Overhauled Traits
  • I was not happy with the amount of congenital traits the characters had after long simulations. All congenital traits spawn chances are increased by roughly 100% with some being more rare than others. Roughly EST chance of congenital traits is 25% in a new spawn, and around 35% after 100 years of simulation (mostly because custom generic traits is only applied to new spawns, so it takes some time to ramp up.) These numbers will of course go up slightly if you want to play 400 or 500 years, as there are more chances for the DNA to have implicit trait chances the more generations you get.
  • Adding travel safety, speed and travel companion opinions to many traits that I feel should be influenced by it, both negatively and positively. This will make travels faster overall and also less dangerous if the caravan master is a truly epic traveler for the position, otherwise the new many negative modifiers could leave you or anyone at 0 points in either safety or speed if you got some unlucky row of traits. Especially the impact of being sick, having diseases or being injured, will be a disaster to travel as without a strong caravan master to tend to your needs.
  • Slightly deceased health penalty on negative health traits. The amount of dead babies from sickly & pneumea was a bit too high.
  • Adding more vassal stance opinion modifiers to traits.
  • Wrathful rebalance with debuffs to diplomacy, stewardship and learning, while buffing martial per stress level.
  • Redesigned vengeful & forgiving traits.
  • Redesigned Albino Trait and made it a positive.
  • Redesigned Witch trait.
  • fixed a bug in education_martial 4th tier missing martial_per_prestige_level = 4.

Added vassals and travel modifiers to all sub mods, along with missing modifiers in the overhauled traits (still not 100% how I want it, so more to come on the base game traits in terms of the vassal and travel modifiers.)

height difference

I was not 100% happy with the unrealistic height difference. Which is leading me to move all the heights closer toward average height. Especially diminature and small characters did not look great and more like children, while the enormous & towering females also looked out of place. On the other hand, I believe dwarfs and giants should be the outliers, looking out of place, which they now do. While still, leaving enough room for the different traits to have wiggle room to showcase different heights, within a more realistic frame.

Removed some bs_dwarf modifiers, that made Tall and average characters a bit overinflated "thick," looking. I didn't manage to find a sweet spot with the dwarf morph so I ended up taking it out and using vanilla standard morph, which overall looks better.
