The goal of this patch is to make neutral attack (the projectile) less broken and annoying as it was very useful not only in advantage but also as a difficult to avoid, neutral skip tool with a lot of reach (it was broken trust me).

nair/jab :
cooldown increased : 45f > 60f
projectile horizontal speed decreased : 11 > 9
base knockback decreased : 10 > 8
knockback scaling increased : 0.4 > 0.6
==> this should make the projectile less of a neutral tool and more of a combo extender, as it was intended to be in the first place. Hopefully it makes spoink less annoying to fight against.

The overall goal of this patch is to give spoink more reliable kill options to make them easier to play and less repetitive to play against.

fair :
hitbox width increased : 45 > 60
hitbox moved inwards by 4 pixels
==> this should make hitting fair more consistent overall.

dtilt :
startup increased : 8f > 10f
knockback scaling increased : 0.7 > 1.1
hitpause scaling increased : 1 > 1.1
==> this should make it way much easier to kill with dtilt from the ground level while making it harder to get both from neutral openings and combos.

bair :
final hit knockback scaling : 0.65 > 0.78
==> this should make killing from the sides with bair much easier.
