Reduces cost of Demonlogists, "Personal Gate" and "Returning" rituals to be closer in cost to other classes teleport rituals. Cost decreased from 200 to 50 for each. New additions: Old Wizards now have a ritual that can transform a "Magic Library" to an "Academy of Higher Magic" for 500 gold. Demonologist, Witch, and Star Spawn get new level 3 rituals that can only be used at an "Academy of Higher Magic"

Update to change starting units for Barbarian and Monkey Maharaja. Both have had their second starting commander switched to a level 1 caster so they are not dependent on random recruitment offers to access their special resources.
