v0.21

These changes make Cam more intuitive to play, less jank, and less annoying to fight. The quick ground speed is now a mechanic to use, rather than just a strange number

- Bair Dair Uair sweetspots no longer cancel endlag into eachother on hit
- Initial dash speed 4 -> -1
- Dash speed ramps from initial to max dash speed over 40 frames
+ leave_ground_max and max_jump_hsp increased (6->8.5)

+ knockback_adj 1.06 -> 0.98

Uspecial:
- no longer get your doublejump back when you teleport

Dattack:
- no airspeed while performing this move
- air friction while performing the move
- dash speed 11 -> 9
+ hitbox width 80 -> 96

Bair:
= sourspot moved higher and earlier, now its a 60 degree flipper 6 non-kill move, making the sweetspot a tipper
- landing lag 6 -> 10
+ sweetspot damage 9 to 10
+ endlag 16 -> 13

Dair:
- landing lag 4 -> 8
- dair sourspot now has higher priority, making the sweetspot a tipper
- hitbox size shrinkwrapped

+ hitbox moved to a small circle around the camera

- fixed bug which let Cam go invisible until death by dying during taunt
- made reticle not disappear if the hitbox doesn't knock you back
- when jab or projectile gets parried reticle wont disappear
- air taunt uses the flight battery
- patched bug which let Cam continue to play the nspecial charge sound after cancelling it if performing a move immediately
- made teleporter indicator NOT appear if Cam would teleport to the side of the stage instead of the top (no functionality change)
- buffed dair and ftilt damage by 1

v0.17

Lowered Dattack base KB because if enemy was at ledge and DI'ed out and drift DI'ed out enough they could die at 0 on small maps

Fixed up connecting hitbox and negative scaling a little, reduced Dattack startup (16 -> 14), now has 0.4 and 0.8 hitstun multiplier on the hits.

Fstrong tipper changed to not kill at low percent on bad DI (bkb 12 -> 8) (kbg .75 -> 0.98) (HPS .75 -> 1) (BHP still 12 so easy to DI)

Replaced Dstrong final hit base hitpause with extra hitpause, changed endlag window from 7 to 11, so now this is punishable on miss but still comboes (nerf)
Dtilt hitbox duration reduced and animation now matches hitboxes better (duration 6->3)

Jab damage (4 -> 5)

Fair damage (7 -> 8)

Made nspecial projectile easier to DI. HPS (1.1 -> 1.2) and BHP (12 -> 14)

v0.16

Changed weight from 0.96 to 1.06 so they die way earlier and recovery isn't as annoying
Halved float refuling when landed and **removed** float refuling when in hitstun, so Cam runs out much faster if you keep it away.
Changed float resource amount from 350 to 90 but it now only goes down when using float. This fuel loss lasts 5 frames after float is released so spam releasing it isn't as effective.
Changed Fstrong angle from 90 to 45 (with 0.75 kbs)
Made Nspecial melee hit combo better and gave it 1 damage (3->4)
Increased Charged Nspecial projectile hitpause so people can DI in more consistently (10->12)
Increased Fstrong damage by 2 (sweetspot 8 -> 10)
Increased Ustrong damage but not the projectile (sweetspot 6->9)
Increased Fair damage by 2 (5 -> 7)
Lowered Fair startup (13 -> 12)
Lowered Nair startup (13 -> 11)
Lowered Uspecial animation time (35 -> 30)
Gave Ftilt a heavier SFX
Made Utilt hitboxes all launch at the same angle
Made low teleport indicator only show up if the teleport is inside the stage
Fixed a bug where Charged Nspecial SFX wouldn't cancel when canceling the move or being hit
Created new Campfire palette to replace old Uspecial one

Added a yellow bar indicator when you are recovering below the stage.
This indicator shows where cam will teleport to if it is about to snap vertically, and if the bar is visible during the stage snapping, Cam will teleport but receive 25 frames of pratland.
