- With vehicles having longer range for engagement, their sight being so short may feel awkward. While you will still need spotters for tank to get their max range (as in vanilla), site values for all offensive and scout vehicles have been increased.

Wehrmacht & US
- With more lethal damage, baseline engineers are particularly vulnerable in combat. To compensate, manpower costs for baseline engineers have been reduced.

Afrika Korps
- Assault Panzergrenadiers are particularly vulnerable on approach with more lethal damage. To compensate, health per entity has been increased by roughly 10%.

Global
- Light vehicle costs reduced (20 manpower, 5-10 fuel cost reduction)

Wehrmacht
- Lowered Kettenkrad cables upgrade from 25 munitions to 15 munitions
NOTE: With more deadly combat, scout vehicles are particularly fragile; this helps offset the burden of losing this unit as it approaches mid-game.

This is the 1.0 release and includes changes for all factions.

- All small-arms have had their mid-range accuracy increased by 5% (additive) and close-range accuracy increased by 10% (additive)
- All anti-vehicle weapons (except AT rifles) have had their damage adjusted to hit between 50-100% more
- Cannon weapons have had their ranges increased by approximately 20%
- Cannon penetration values have been lowered by approximately 10-15% at max ranges
- Small-arm weapons have had their damage increased by 50-100%
- Minor balance changes, such as 5-10% cost adjustments, have been implemented for all factions

- Access to Tiger and Panzer 4 from tank depot (with additional fuel cost penalty)
