Chakax no longer has visual issues on campaign.

Hermit-Lords of Axlotl Landmark building now grants -15% Cooldown to the "Shield of the Old Ones" Ability (all armies) (down from -20%).

Lord Adohi-Tehga has traded in his old, used Palanquin and gotten a much fancier new one. Yes, he just turned 14,000 and recently got a new gold chain as well, but he's not having a crisis! These Fifth Gens have no respect...

Lord Mazdamundi's textures have been improved, as they suffered somewhat from the transition from WH2.

Lord Xuaxamul has been to see the best Skink dentists and replaced his missing teeth.

Plaque of Tepok is now a Rare quality item instead of Common quality and no longer grants +1 Winds of Magic reserve per turn and +5 Winds of Magic reserve minimum, but instead now grants +20% Spell Mastery.

Sequence of Arcane Control now requires the Pyramid of Itzl building to unlock.

Sequence of the Relic Priests +10% Spell Mastery for Slann effect and the Rite of Awakening "Re-Energised" +10% Spell Mastery for Slann effect now stack together.

Coatl Prowler (Heavens) now has a properly consistent skill tree like the other variants.

Hexoatl now has a -2 Turn cooldown to the Rite of Awakening.

Kroxigor Elders no longer have the "Guardian" Passive ability by default, but only through their "Stalwart Sentinel" unique skill.

Ripperdactyl Riders and their RoRs have been given shields, +35% Missile block chance and +6 Melee defence, but the unit count has been reduced to 12 (down from 14), and now wield different spears.

Spirit of Tepok (Coatl) no longer has a helmet but instead now has a feathered headdress.
