-Removal of some junk/duplicate files

-Fixed an issue where a bunch of locomotives were getting smoke deflectors (that weren't supposed to)
-Reverted the previous tender locomotives to their oriignal smoke deflectors
-Added the new german-style deflectors as a variant
-updated the icons again

-Fixed an incorrectly map mesh that was causing the domes on era1 locomotives to all appear black
-Fixed icons that also had this bug
-Altered smoke deflectors on the '47 4-6-2, '48 2-8-2, '49 4-6-0 and '50 2-8-0 tender engines to a new style.

-Updated liveries - textures should be a little bit brighter and more in line with my other mods.
-Cblend update - cblends should be a little bit crisper now. The black unlined and BR black liveries now have custom cblends that impact the lining.

Small bugfix and adjusted the weight stats of some locomotives.

-Added BR Green, BR Blue and BR Black liveries to Era 4 and Era 5 locomotives.
-Split asset menu into two separate items (1850-1909, 1910-1950) and added asset variants of the new BR liveries.
