- Reduced CO2perKWh for Coal (500 --> 250), Oil (250 --> 125) and Uranium (50 --> 25)
- Cost increase for Forum, Courthouse and Tavern. But they don't need to be purchased anymore. This was necessary because once destroyed, they could not be repaired.
- Global Mapsize-based CO2 limits increased from +400% to +450%
- Worker District_BuildChargeProductions buffed from 15% to 20%
- new buildings: Watchtower, Lumberyard, Limestonemasonry, Granitemasonry
- new resources: Granite, Limestone and Timber
- most Wonders/Buildings now require a specific resource to built
- Forum now gets -1 Production and Culture buffed from +1 to +2
- Tavern nerfed from -1 Prod. to -2 Prod. / Science buffed from +1 to +2
- added updated Dark Age Text
- added misc. Text
- Khmer Domrey now cost 1 Pop
- almost all units now have a specific resource cost
- Prison only provides 1 coal again
- Factory now coverts 2 timber into 1 coal
- NOTE: The construction costs are currently not displayed in the text window of the buildings or wonders. This will only be completed in the coming updates.

- all Wonders from modern era onwards now have a resource cost (steel) --> 20 (modern), 30 (atomic) and 40 (information)
