The scrap artifacts are now classified as trinkets instead of scrap. If you want to automatically disassemble them, you can classify them as scrap like any other artifact. There is also a new option which will mark them all as scrap when you first get the disassemble skill.
Etching styluses can now be used to engrave things (like a gaslight chisel).
Motorized sponges no longer clean items. Instead, they soak up and evaporate liquid on the ground and can be deployed to automatically seek out and clean up liquid.

Updated mood lenses to better handle players swapping bodies.

The scrap artifacts will no longer appear in the pool of data disks. You may still learn to craft them using other methods.
Scouring gel and motorized sponges can now be used to clean yourself.
Mood lenses can now be configured to recolor your play area when worn.
Endless puzzles can now be solved (briefly).
Laserscapers and laser scales can now fire non-damaging laser projectiles that measure their targets.
Pigment breeders can now be used to draw like crayons.
Portable sculptures can now scan an item in your inventory or nearby tile to take on the target’s appearance.
The complete codex can now be read.
The stellar memory and frozen joy will change their description when under the effect of a normality field.
