Ionize now procs off melee strike (no skill) and range skill strike (cannon attack counts as skill, go figure)

Arc Generator mana cost increased.

Arc Flash electric dmg lowered.
Short Circuit dmg lowered.

Melee:
Surface charge electric dmg lowered.
Actuator System no longer stuns enemies, but now generates charge over time.

Bots:
Exterminate dmg lowered.
Quadruped electric dmg lowered.
Heal Bot now boosts armor 50% & 100%.

Defense:
Nanobots now boost HP at all times, as well as gives HoT on charge use.
Reactance now gives correct shield buff. 500 + 5 x armor = bubble
Resistance buffs increased and now effects all armor (instead of just physical).

Reverted starting weapon to great hammer.

Bots:
Removed cooldown from Exterminate and Tinker Tank.
Changed animation for Quadrupeds (bots tossed individually, instead of multiple spawning from single toss).
Increased maximum allowable summons for Quadrupeds.
Decreased summon duration for Quadrupeds.
Quadrupeds are now smaller so more can fit in your pocket or pack or whatever.
