Gain experience with a weapon now adds a buff that shows:
- Tag who gained exp.
- Effetivity of the gained experience. Considering Weapon Level and Mastery level.

Client configuration received a option to disable Experience Gain Buff.

- Solved incompatibility with "Summoner's Shine" mod, where minion could not spawn and not offer experience.
- Inverted initial logic of Add/Hide Tooling Tag behaviour, to avoid newer players thinking the mod has "bugged" the axe/hammer behaviour.

Patch Notes:

Tooling Battle:
- Is a buff that can be toggled by tooling battle hotkey. When active, items that are considered tools
can't target the scenario to destroy/modify stuff.
- There's a Client Option to change the toggle behaviour

Tools Rebalance:
- Can be toggled in Server menu, affecting all clients.
- When active, change damage and speed from vanilla and modded weapons, to fit better the possibilitie
of using them as weapon. The modifications is based in various parameters as original damage, original speed, size and axe/hammer power.
- The rebalance will only affect the items that belongs of some tag with the attribute "IsBattleTool" active. This tag property can be modified by the server configuration.

Hammer Tag Secondary Attack:
- The player can hit the opponents dealing more damage and causing confused debuff.
- When hits the ground, the hit will eccho, dealing damage to all oponents in the path.
- The path sized is based in how long the player charged the attack, and how fast the player was falling
when the hit collide with the ground.

Minor Changes:
- Some cooldowns and damage were rescaled. I really don't remember which, but was just a little.
- Flail Secondary attack projectile size is now bigger, to fit better the mod balance.

- Fixed bug where some modlists could cause Boomerang Secondary Attacks do not chain the enemy correctly when using multiplayer.
- Fixed bug where boomerang chain do not break when player died.
- Fixed bug where player could use secondary attack animation while dead.
