First upload of the lightweight version.

New features
- A setting to automatically repeat repeatable techs and civics
- Updated Simplified Gossip.
- Spy Info in the toolbar.
- Loyalty pressure breakdown by city in the City Loyalty Panel.

Fixes and tweaks (mostly done by Jamie-nyanchi).
- Fix unnecessary MiniMap sliding.
- Selecting Future Tech or Future Civic in the Tech/Civic trees.
- Loyalty and Power lenses auto-open when selected on their respective tabs (same as in the vanilla game)
- Properly restore City Management view when cancelling district/building placement, whether by right clicking or by clicking the close buttons.
- Polished drag threshold code and added it for citizen management and tile swapping.
- When changing the name of a city, don't use the all uppercase version of the name in the edit box.
- Double-click to buy tiles fixed.
- Show or hide the builder improvement recommendations based on the CQUI settings.
- Don't reset the lens back to default when hovering over units if currently on a modal lens.
- Do not clear the attack arrow on range attacks if hovering over other units.
- Extra checks for additional scenario compatibility.
- When auto selecting a unit, properly look at the unit when selected.
