- Replaced all Reqwest function with the default HTTP function
- Added new class to create requests ( OpenAI.Request() )
- Added Translation module
- Added more type of requests (transcription, moderation, files, etc.)
- Added more HTTP Codes with more description and file origin
- Changed the HTTP display codes
- Removed the util.IsBinaryModuleInstalled (No longer neccesary)
- Removed admin type 0 (It never works)
- No longer neccesary use commands to reload config
- No longer neccesary to download the default config
- Fixed broken code
