BUGFIX?: Added a single config line to allow this mod to work with Project Dollhouse .

There may be some other minor changes as I was working on another balance pass. Everything I had was working, I was just tweaking numbers, particularly around the GTS Proxian Kinetic Plating perk. Hopefully nothing breaks for you all ;)

BALANCE PASS: The long awaited balance pass is now coming to the workshop.

  • exposed normal melee to config
  • normal melee cooldown is now 3 turns
  • shredstorm ammo down to 1
  • shredstorm rupture removed
  • (shredstorm double-damage bug fixed!)
  • bluescreen missile Action Point cost to 2, but range 1.5x (35 from 26)
  • Proxian defensive setup reduced for all three ranges (HP, Shield, Armour)
  • base health dropped to 6 from 8
  • HP per rank reduced and respread
  • made some other stat changes
  • given a -15def malus so they are easier to hit for enemies
  • def stat slowly increases to be -5 at Colonel rank
  • combat repair points reduced by 2, Action Point cost increased to 2
  • combat repair charges is now 2 for all tiers of armour
  • CV Palm Blaster given an upgrade slot
  • enable Ability Point costs by default

I was going to remove the option to use PCS, but found it rather buggy to not have PCS'

Balance pass inspired by feedback and comments from after this 2man playthrough by RatherIncoherent.

BUGFIX: Many thanks to RatherIncoherent for the bug report! Whistling Storm cannon was doing double damage to ALL units, instead of single damage with 1.5x only to robotics. Stupid copy/paste errors!... Now fixed... step1 of the "balancing changes" ...

BUGFIX: Fixed some issues with the GTS Perk not correctly respecting units that already had ShieldHP. Slightly adjusted the ShieldHP numbers for better balance.

UPDATE: Added some options to the XcomContent.ini that will allow you to unlock the full range of colours and patterns for use during random unit creation ... based on the steam comment from Epigamesh ...

BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with the speech/subtitles for the class intro not showing up, which was introduced by cooking the .upk .. sorry it makes the filesize ever so slightly bigger again .... ...

BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with the 'red' heads. We now have 3 sets of heads; a normal version with set colours, a version with set colours and an emmissive flow and a version that you can tint with the 2nd armour tint .... we also have new versions for the arms, a set colour flow and a 2nd tint emmissive flow :)

BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with Rebuild Soldier , the Proxian unit can no longer use this slot, retrain into a different class and then crash the game ...

BUGFIX: Proxian's now have a non-turn ending reload when used with Reload Rework

BUGFIX: Added RPGO-style weapon icons for use with DSL Redux

.. Possibly some other optimisation and minor tweaks over the last week, I can't recall.

I would also like to bring the attention of people that read change notes but not comments/updated mod descriptions to this little gem created by Aquilio, the Proxian Hero Loading Screen and once again express our deepest gratitude for making this extension.!

BUGFIX: Fixing more LWOTC jank, in this case allowing the class to use it's limited HeavyWeapon, because LWOTC requires the Heavy Weapon slot to be set specifically in the xcomclassdata.ini in a complete logic reversal from the base game and every other class mod out there... because, reasons ... ...

UPDATE: Mod is cooked using the X2ModBuildCommon [github.com] builder.
This is the FIRST mod I ever cooked!

NEW REQUIREMENT: added Custom Soldiers Evac Zone Fix to requirements to fix issues with EVACs on Avenger Defense/Chosen Strongholds etc
