Sekker camera is now black and white
Made some gui parts immobile

"Open missile POV" action is now added to the firing unit regardless if it's a player, making remote control units able to use the missile

Added vehicle borne missiles for all vanilla airborne vehicles, you can find the new missile as: Scalpel (Seeker) under the pylon manager.
Also added it to the AH64, AH1Z, Mi28, Ka52 and Super Tucano from RHS (plus all the vehicles that use their launchers)

changed black screen from absolute to relative, they now should work on all resolutions
you can now move the cursor when you have a target (was locked before)
if you close the dialog when the missile has a target, it will now track it

Fixed some issues with targetting
Added a new kinetic missile (it has no explosive, use it for recon or as a "clean" kill ammunition)
Added airburst command (press F)
Fixed some issues with custom ammunition
Custom ammunition no longer use my speed profile
