Changed manna extract and smart graft stack size to 32 in cabinets and 8 in containers/inventory to match vanilla game inventory changes.

This patch doesn't modify cortizide, so it will only stack up to 8 still, but I commented on Real Sonar's mod page that all of the Real Sonar medicine stack sizes should be updated to 32/8.

Blood packs were also changed to stack to 32 in cabinets and 8 in container/inventory.

Removed the bloodpack O- item to follow its removal in neurotrauma. (It's still in the game as antibloodloss2 under another name). This should fix the game spawning blood packs that you couldn't pick up.

Updated overrides to match with updated Real Sonar afflictions

Fixed blood packs not having a deconstruction recipe

Combined all the individual blood type recipes for smart graft and manna extract into singular recipes for each of them that can use any neurotrauma blood bag type.
