Fixed an issue where your equipment would not drop upon death when the option is enabled.

NPCs will now drop armor at a randomized durability between 10% and 50%.
(Major kudos to Xevyr for helping with this. I learned a ton today thanks to their help!)

Still working on allowing subscribed admins to set their own durabilities.
