Multi-Tool can now damage ballastflora
Pistols deal MUCH less damage, railgun uses less power, most weapons stronger.

Hopefully some final changes for balance:
Increased and decreased almost ALL damage on all weapons to better seperate each weapon and it's uses. The railgun now deals MUCH more damage, and the matter pistol deals less (But still like... very ow).
Also updated the thermal vision to be much shorter range, always active, but very very dim so it's not:
Distracting
(Most importantly), not immersion breaking.

Will be adding ballast flora damage to multi-tool and other weapons too soon, and maybe more balance for the suit. I wanna make it weaker, but stop you getting one shot from almost everything. It's too strong now, but can't take a big chomb from enemies anymore and I want to be able to melee an EndWorm because it's cool.

Massive changes to all crafting costs, mostly reducing the excessive reliance on big numbers for materials. Also added a new item:
Mysterious Circuitry (and a raw veriant) which are used for almost all gear.
