// DWARFS V3:

Added custom models for the Ironbreakers and a new UA, which entails a slight nerf for balance's sake. Full details below.

- Added Civitar's Dwarf Axeman model to represent the Ironbreaker. It's not covered in gromril like the GW Ironbreakers, but it's by far the most suitable model I've seen, so many thanks to Civitar for that.

- Gave up on getting my preferred UA (would've added a combat bonus to Dwarf units when fighting a civ that attacked you) and so set up a new one in XML. This adds a new unique building to the game that strengthens city HP and defence, and gives it free to all Dwarf cities. It doesn't replace anything, so I've denied other civilisations access to it by making it go obsolete with Agriculture. If you manage to build it ("Born of Stone") as any civ other than Dwarfs let me know. Strengthening cities gives Dwarfs a military advantage, but one which is defensive in nature, as opposed to the uncharacteristically offensive (and slightly OP) Japan rip-off that they used to have.

- Gave the Mining tech for free to compensate for the weakened UA. A small, characterful bonus.

- Removed the city HP boost from Deep Mines (given the new UA).

// DWARFS VERSION 2:

Just a couple of tweaks. Still working on fixing the UA.

- Wrote custom promotion for Ironbreakers, removing their ability to heal in foreign lands while retaining the +25% defence.
- Deep Mine will now, as advertised, be dependent on a Workshop.
