Extremely minor fix to a bug that I was told about a week ago

Down Smash
- Fixed an issue where Down Smash's 2nd hit could apply Freeze

Version 2.0.0

Chie has (for the most part) now been finalized. With new mechanics, significant buffs, and many new moves, Chie is now what I intended for her to be before getting lazy and just finishing early. Please see all the notes for her changes!

GENERAL CHANGES

- Chie's mobility has been slightly increased across the board, although slight she now has a longer wavedash, faster ground speed, and better air speed

- Chie's meter gain has been slightly increased overall

- Chie now only loses 50 meter for losing a stock rather than 100

- Added attack smears on all of Tomoe's attacks, and adjusted all of her hitboxes according to her new attack smears. Overall all of her moves are much bigger

- Chie's hit sounds have been reworked to now use Persona 4 Arena Ultimax's hit sounds rather than Fraymakers

- Chie's hitstop has been altered across the board to be significantly increased, allowing for easier hitconfirms

- Added ONE MORE CANCELLING (Check Desc.)

- Added DASH CANCELLING (Check Desc.)

- Added PERSONA GATLINGS (Check Desc.)

- Added EX MOVES (Check Desc.)

SPECIFIC MOVE CHANGES

Jab 1

- Can now be jump cancelled on hit

Jab 2

- Can now be jump cancelled on hit

Jab 3

- Completely reworked to now slide off of ledges and cancel early for extra follow ups if Chie slides off the ground while jumping in the middle of the animation

- Adjusted angle and knockback to better connect multihits

Down Tilt

- Increased Damage

Up Tilt

- Can now be dash cancelled on hit

- Can now be jump cancelled on hit

- Increased Damage

Forward Tilt

- Can now be dash cancelled on hit

- Increased Damage

Dash Attack

- Angle now sends much lower

- Can now grant her meter

- Can now be dash cancelled on hit

Down Strong

- Now applies freeze on its first hit

- Cannot be jump cancelled anymore

Neutral Air

- Slightly increased damage

- Decreased hurtbox size on her leg

Forward Air

- Slightly increased damage

Up Air

- Slightly increased damage

- Increased hitbox size on her foot

Back Air

- Decreased hurtbox size on her leg

- Increased hitbox size on her leg

- Significantly increased knockback on both the sourspot and sweetspot

- Hitbox can now hit behind her

Rampage

- Hitboxes were adjusted to better help the move connect

Skull Cracker

- Can now be special canceled into Herculean Strike, Black Spot, and Dragon Kick

Herculean Strike

- Fixed a bug where the aerial version was not able to be cancelled into if Chie was facing right

- Can now be special canceled into Black Spot and Dragon Kick

Black Spot

- Increased the damage and knockback

Dragon Kick

- Increased the knockback

- Angle has been lowered

- Significantly increased the distance traveled during the launch

Throws

- All of her throws besides down throw have been removed

- Down throw now gives her 10 meter instead of 2

God's Hand

- Hitboxes changed so that the hand inside the clouds spikes and every other hitbox is a weak sourspot

- Fixed a bug where you could super cancel God's Hand into God's Hand even without meter

Version 1.0.2

Although late, version 1.0.2 attempts to rid itself of the bugs I was informed about throughout the last few weeks. There were no additions, buffs, or nerfs to Chie, just changes to unintended problems.

CHANGES

- God's Hand will immediately cancel if Chie manages to play the animation in the air, and the superfreeze will cancel out if Chie is in the air or lands. Originally God's Hand could be activated through very specific trades, causing the superfreeze to stay out until Chie gets hit.

- Every custom sound effect has been altered to now play at the volume of whatever the sound channel is set to. Originally it played at a set volume no matter what which made it much louder than intended when the master volume was low and much quieter than intended when it was high.

Version 1.0.1

There were few changes made in the last day, merely to fixing a bug that made side special unusable as well as some changes to her meter

CHANGES

- Fixed a bug causing Herculean Strike to break Chie's gravity upon being hit out of it

- Changed Neutral Air, Up Air, Forward Air, and Back Air so that they are no longer negatively disjointed

- All of Chie's moves give her 1 extra point of meter

- Decreased the knockback of God's Hand to compensate for the higher meter gain

Thank you all for the feedback yesterday! I will try and improve this character's technical functions more throughout the next few weeks
