Update 1.9.9 - Fixes/Balances/Bugsplatters
* All flood lights and tilted floodlights have had there ambience reduced by half.
* G8-Helper has been added to the Droid recruitment menu.
* G8-Helper now has a unique supply drop.
* Fixed all the light sources so they can now be turned on and off.
* Fixed all the light sources so they can now be used with a control circuit.
* Lowered the intensity and brightness of all the flood lights.
* Energy Crystal trade recipe changed from output of 10 crystals to 20 crystals.
* Power Cell and Cyber Crystal recipes tweaked to prevent money exploits.
* All droids are now immune to certain health conditions. They will still have the red text of being inflicted by the health condition, however the condition will then be wiped immediately and there health condition info panel will not show the condition.
* Carbon Battery has a higher discharge from 1,500 to 2,500. Max capacity increased from 4,000 to 5,000. It also has a HP increase from 300 health to 1000 health due to being a large outdoor battery.


Cyber Changes:
* To make Cyber Blueprints it now takes 5 Blueprints to make 1 Cyber Blueprint, instead of 10.
* Cyber Weaponry Research requirement of 80 Cyber Blueprints has been lowered to 40 Cyber Blueprints.
* Cyber Solar Panel research requirement of 75 Cyber Blueprints has been lowered to 35 Cyber Blueprints.
* Cyber Lightning Pole research requirement of 20 Cyber Blueprints has been lowered to 10 Cyber Blueprints.
* Cyber Crystal Generator research requirement of 100 Cyber Blueprints has been lowered to 50 Cyber Blueprints.

Tool Additions:
* Added Galactic Tools Research.
* Cyber Pendant added - Increases Movement speed and happiness.
* Biologist Knife added - Greatly Increases Butchering speed.
* Info Tablet added - Small increase to happiness but a increase to 1.5x skill learn rate.
* Tactical Mask added - Night Vision and Respirator Mask in one.
* Medical Kit added - Increased healing efficiency and +2 Level to Healing.
* Scope - Increased accuracy by 10% and +2 Levels to combat.
* Builders Toolbox - Increased construction efficiency and +2 levels to construction.
* Light backpack - Increases movement speed by 25%.

* Draft idle time of 24 hours has been fixed and is working again.
* Shrieker Nests now have an increase of Shrieker Numbers, up to 15 hatchlings, 13 adults and 3 elders. The nest growth has increased from 5 meters to 10 meters. Nest range from 2 meters to 4 meters.

* Removed Project-X addition options temporarily as they were causing errors with the latest vanilla update.

* Updated all animals and nesting animals to now function correctly and also to have the same health and stats as the wave system of PX.

Balance Patch / Fixes

* All PX lights have had the intensity turned down from 20 to 10.
* Alien Blueprint, Cyber Blueprint and Normal Blueprints Recipe Failure Chance lowered.
