- Fixed shuttle spawning inside the sub after buying. Quite important; sorry about that. See comment on using debugdraw to obtain a replacement version if you ruined your campaign by buying this sub earlier.

-adjusted railgun position slightly, to give it a better downward firing arc and to keep it out of the way of the smaller turret.

- Modified reactor position, + some redecoration of reactor compartment
- Moved tool storage from engine room into workshop (makes more sense, less cramped, more central location)
- Tweaked reactor standby mode slightly, to prevent the power to flicker between two low values when docked, and to use an appropriately low temperature

-more waypoint additions / cleanup
-gave empty hardpoint a loader base (instead of a coilgun loader). Didn't break upgrading it to a turret as far as I can tell, but still an error.
