- added improved riot guard movement sounds (Deskius.). The new sounds were constructed using unused sound files to ensure it feels vanilla.
- assigned an unused sound to the projector object placement
- assigned better sounds for opening/closing fence gates

- drinks used for alcohol brewing are now smelly and will be confiscated if found

This is kind of an unusual change for some players, and no fix to the drink issues is 100% good. Please provide feedback.
