Fixed Siphon the Lands not showing up in tome. This was do to a change in the base game that changed how terraform spells are handled should be fixed now.

Fix-Surtr's Altar was not giving production like it should this is now fixed.

Chaos Sorcerer was walking on water. Will now ride transport ship like every other unit.

New Tier 2 Tome inspired by DND 5E Class Wild Magic(Been playing too much BG 3). Check pictures for everything new in that tome.

Changes/Fixes:
Muspelheim Workshop Levels 2 and 3 will replace the lower tier when built. Before you would have all 3 causing a stacking effect. Now it will work like other buildings in the base game that have stronger versions. Too make up for the change Tier 2 and 3 got a buff to mana, knowledge and damage given when built.

Muspelheim Workshop now has a icon that is given to units when they are built so you will be able to tell if a unit by another player has the buffs.

Candela Grenade was casing problems if a animal that didn't have a throw animation would try to use it. This has been fixed, now animal units will run to the spot and do their melee attack animation for the skill.

Candela Grenade got a nerf to bring down AI stacks being too strong if they had it. Before it was: 1 action allowing you to move and use in the same turn, range of 4 with a cooldown of 2. Now it's: Full action meaning you can't move and use the ability, range of 2 and only once per battle. I may change this even more to better bring it in line with base game if it's still too strong.

MK2 Roving Furnace had a bug that was causing it to do big damage when attacking. I messed up and linked it's passive ability with it's melee attack causing the passive to gain charge bonus and physical attack damage this should now be fixed.

Derecho Storm when from 10 lightning damage -> 25 lightning damage. This skill had much less damage then skills of much lower tiers.

Some grammar fixes and clean up.

Encyclopedia fixes for all province improvements and structures. Was missing key tag to make them appear when looking though it.

World's Forge gives 10 research and 5 mana now like the description says. Before it was giving 5 research and 10 mana which was incorrect.

Fixed defense not showing up correctly in unit panel when hovering over defense icon. Will now display which level of workshop is adding to the stat.

Fixed a issue where Heroes with "Sweltering Heat" skill and was ranged/magic based would have Candela Grenade take priority over moving at the start of the turn, which could cause the player to use the skill on them selves. Now those heroes will want to move or select a skill instead of using the skill first as it should be.

Add line "Counts as a quarry" to World's Forge to bring it in line with base game provinces.

Added a new tier 3 tome call "The Tome of Scorched" centered around Fire and Machinery. New tome has: 4 new spells, 1 unit and 1 building

Added "siege breaker" to Surtr's Kin. Brought Bleeding Edge in line with base game by removing the -2 to damage types, lowering the extra damage by 2 and better stating how much it boosts accuracy.

New effect added called "Scorched" to the Fire Giant Tome replacing burn for most effects. Some small changes to go along with the new effect.
