Added "insanestats_spawn_delay" to delay the effects of Insane Stats to newly spawned entities
Killing zombies in nZombies should in theory now trigger all kill effects

Infinite Health and Armor
Added "insanestats_hud_damage_decimals" ConVar to control max number of decimals shown for low damage numbers
Changed "insanestats_hud_hp_decimals" to now accept any values between 0 to 3

Experience System
Fixed "insanestats_xp_other_extrapercent" ConVar being completely ignored in code
Reduced default value of "insanestats_xp_other_extrapercent" ConVar from 100 to 20 to hopefully not break existing playthroughs

Point Commander
Added "insanestats_pointcmder_timer" ConCommand to display a timer for all players, for debugging purposes
Fixed an error caused by point_*command entities receiving no command

Skills
Love and Tolerate now boosts the Hellish Challenge skill
Reuse now reduces ammo consumption instead of giving a chance to not consume ammo
Overheal now boosts max health gains from skills and modifiers
Overshield now boosts max shield gains from skills and modifiers
Ctrl+F now shows entities that receive SetAnimation inputs
Ctrl+F indicator lifetime reduced from infinity to 60 seconds
Ctrl+F now only shows func_* and trigger_* entities that are enabled / disabled instead of all entities
Anger damage bonus increased from +100% to +200%, but duration decreased from 20 seconds to 10 seconds

You All Get A Car now shares skills with player allies in addition to non-player allies
Skills can now be blacklisted for the whole server via the skill menu
Weapons that attach bullet callbacks now remain functional alongside certain skills
Ain't Got Time For This crouch key detection is now more responsive
Fixed a bug where entities with zero health gain an insanely wrong amount after levelling up via the Actually Levelling Up skill

Point Commander
When a map runs "cl_forwardspeed" / "cl_sidespeed" / "cl_backspeed" on clients, the speed is now interpreted as 10000 if set to 320 or above.

Miscellaneous
Added "insanestats_debug" ConVar for troubleshooting purposes, replacing the use of the "developer" ConVar
Added "insanestats_camera_no_kill" ConVar that stops cameras from being killed / disabled when they are not the active camera
Added ammo display HUD
Fixed an error that occured when Game Text to Chat tries to send a color table that lost its metatable

ADDED 8 NEW SKILLS: You Are All Bleeders, Watch Your Head, Stabilization, Keep It Fresh, Feel The Energy, You All Get A Car, Reject Humanity and Scattershot
Medic Bag has been moved from (-3, 1) to (-5, 2)
Overheal has been moved from (-3, -1) to (-3, -2)
Overcharge has been moved from (-3, -2) to (-4, -2)
Fight For Your Life no longer works on non-player allies, and will prevent all regeneration effects when active
Actually Levelling Up can no longer reduce max health and max armor when levelling down
Friendly Fire OFF overlevel no longer grants skill sharing, instead it now gives a damage bonus for 10 seconds when an enemy hurts an ally
One With The G.U.N. damage dealt per level has been reduced from +15% to +10%
One With The G.U.N. bullet spread per level has been increased from -15% to -10%
One With The G.U.N. bullets per level has been reduced from +15% to +10%
Impenetrable Shield has been moved from (-4, -2) to (-5, -2)

Multi Killer:

Fixed vehicle kills not triggering kill skills
Fixed entities gaining a massive amount of armor when the entity has no armor, Additional Pylons is triggered and the entity does not also have the Actually Levelling Up skill
