Replaced Triple Kill with Feel The Energy
Productivity no longer boost the effectives of Too Many Items
Hacked Shield is now +150% effective and capped to -100%
Explosive Arsenal now defaults grenades to be on-contact, and insta-rockets to be invincible
Explosive Arsenal insta-rocket cooldown is no longer affected by fire rate skills and changed to 5 - level * 0.4 seconds
Reimplemented Keep It Ready
Kill At First Hit stacks now decay at a rate of -1%/s and now directly grant stacks instead of spawning a crowbar
Flex no longer grants invincibility after the taunt ends
Step It Up step size reduced by half
Synergy skills now only grant 0.1 stacks when triggered, instead each stack grants +1% effect per level
Fixed Too Many Items giving more ammo than needed
Fixed shield ratios not being preserved when max shield changes

Infinite Health And Armor
Reworked damage numbers to only use one emitter, and drawn as part of the HUD instead of in particle rendering code

Experience System
Added insanestats_xp_other_max_mul ConVar to control max level of entities relative to the player with the highest level
Base XP dropped is now dependent on both max armor and max health

Weapon Prefixes and Suffixes System 2 / Skill System
Added insanestats_wpass2_no_aiscripted_schedule_interrupt ConVar to stop NPCs from forgetting their script
Added insanestats_wpass2_item_limit ConVar to teleport items to random players when there are too many
Added admin only insanestats_wpass2_resethealthandshield ConCommand to reset health and shield back to sane values
Fixed live grenades thrown by the local player not being indicated
Fixed status effect particle effects only showing up once per map

Skill System
Skill changes:
- Keep It Ready completely replaced with Unseen Killer
- Feel The Energy completely replaced with Triple Kill
- Sick Combo completely replaced with Controlled Reaction
- Skinny completely replaced with So Here's The Problem: You're A Gamer
- Ion Cannon completely replaced with Kill At First Hit
- Added 17 new skills: Slow Recovery, Feel The Mass, :fire:, Doll of Knowledge, Flex, Insane Stats Skills+, CRUNCH, Electric Crowbar, Honorbound, Step It Up, Doll of Vigor, Bloodsapper, Helm Too Big, Self-Validation, Doll of Courage, Critical Crit and Surprise Attack
Skill balance changes:
- Living on the Edge damage reduction changed from -10% to -8%
- Friendly Fire OFF rebel teleportation has been moved to level 2, while the old level 2 effect has been moved to level 3
- Bloodletter's Pact cap reduction changed from -4% to -3%
- Silver Bullets now increases non-bullet damage, but no longer grants bonus damage against high-health enemies
- Keep It Fresh stack reset amount changed from 50 to 25 + 5 * level
- Alert damage dealt, coins and XP gained changed from +25% to +20%, and damage taken changed from -25% to -20%
- Vampiric damage taken now scales by both skill level and Experience System level
- Ctrl+F indicator duration changed from 60 to 30 * level
- You All Get A Car no longer increases weapon switch speed
- Instant Karma, Anger and Medic Bag now also boost the Hellish Challenge skill
- Killing Spree stack gain changed from 1 * level to 1
- Killing Spree possible status effects changed from 14 to 4 * level
- Killing Spree now can grant Speed Up and Item Duplicator buffs
- Melee Arts now keeps stacks based on fire rate
- Anti-Coward Rounds renamed to Shield Inverter, and now increases damage based on shield %
- Stellar Nodes max count changed from 2 * level to 5 * level
- Dangerous Preparation no longer boosts Keep It Ready
- The Fourth Dimension now boosts Keep It Fresh stacks by +20% * level instead of +10 * level
- Scattershot max stacks changed from 100 to 1000
- Heads Will Roll damage bonus reduced from 100,000% * level to 10,000% * level
- The Bigger They Are coins and XP bonus exponent from 0.01 * level to 0.005 * level
- Hellish Challenge changed visually to make it less confusing to understand
- Bloodletter's Revelation movement speed bonus changed from 8% * level to 6% * level
- Hacked Shield cap reduction multiplier changed from -0.005 to -0.002
- Shield Shell Shots shield cost changed from 2.4 - 0.4 * level to 3.5 - 0.5 * level
- Responsive Movement now also increases weapon switch speed
- Max level of all Synergy skills changed from 200 to 99
- Infestation now can inflict Painful Movement instead of Inverted Shield
Skills with negative effects active now show up red on the skill status indicator instead of cyan
Maximum level of skills and total skill points required to unlock all skills is now player-dependent instead of being global, allowing skills and other addons to change values per-player, InsaneStats:GetMaxSkillPoints() is removed as a result
Hopefully fixed Explosive Arsenal's mode switcher

Coins System
Base coins dropped is now dependent on both max armor and max health

Miscellaneous
Re-implemented insanestats_prevent_gunship_death_crash ConVar, but default is now 0
Fixed env_hudhints causing errors when HL2 Customizable HUD is installed
Fixed Physics Sleeper being activated while the map is loading, which made it always trigger on map start

Let's Do That Again! now only has a chance to respawn NPCs, and respawned NPCs no longer give extra XP

More and More now increases defence based on the inverse of the number of skill points gained in total
Jumper mid-air speed boost is now reduced by player friction
Killing Spree no longer grants Ammo Stealer and Absorption buffs
Stellar Nodes can no longer hit debris entities
Target Practice no longer uses old max health for breakable objects in XP calculations
Fixed Stellar Nodes creating a Stellar Node for each killer even though they would be merged in the next tick, causing an unnecessary performance drop
