Wrapped presents added to Hylotl Post Office misc loot
Implemented biome detection via critter spawns
Observer critters are set up with a scripted behavior that reports their position
Reported positions are collected and serialized into a grid of sectors for each planet
Patched all surface biomes and detached surface biomes to spawn observer critters
Village spawner scripts have made a ton of progress very quickly
Village spawning can be filtered at the village or individual structure level
Filters include max number of spawns, planet types, biome types, and more
Added script hooks for supported modded races to village spawners
Add biome utils script
Set up a ton of spawn types
Set up a test village template and configs for its pieces

Added 6 themed trees for Shizubelle villages
