-Fixed An issue where Centipedes could not shock anything other than the capacitor if the mod was installed

-Changed the ingame worldstate from Spearmaster to Gourmand, as intended. This also fixed a crash caused by Spearmaster-time Moon attempting to talk to the Capacitor.
