Added CBA & ACE Arsenal support.

If you have CBA, mod will use CBA keybinds instead of UserAction keybinds.
If the keybinds used by the mod for UserAction are being used for something else, please use CBA to avoid keybind conflicts.

If you have CBA bind whatever keys you want to:
Esc→Configure→Controls→Configure Addons→Virtual Arsenal and Garage.

If you don't have CBA bind whatever keys you want to: UserAction 19 (Arsenal), UserAction 20 (Garage), UserAction 14 (Remove Vehicle) and UserAction 13 (ACE Arsenal).
Esc→Configure→Controls→Custom Controls.

Added ability to remove vehicles. You have to be no further than 30m from vehicle, look at it and press UserAction 14 key. Updated logo&description, added .bikey.

Added Virtual Garage. Removed CBA dependency to change keybinds. Please, be kind to bind UserAction 19 (Arsenal) and UserAction 20 (Garage) in Esc→Configure→Controls→Custom Controls to whatever you want.
