Updated to mod version 2.0.1.0

Updated the mod for game version 1.9.2
(Not that there were any issues as I didn't have to make any changes, but I did check through all the code regardless.)

-Removed the 'Change Holding' mod (Incompatibility issues with other mods + didn't know if it worked + there are like 5 other mods on the workshop that are up to date and does the same thing)

-Minor Cleanup and renaming of the code and files. (Backside work, won't affect the players at all)

-Updated feudal tax/levy values, to follow the new pattern.

-Changed the opinion penalty at max tax/levy level from -25 -> -30

-Fixed notification claiming you can change blank tribal contracts

-Added a line of text to the 'Suspend/resume Leasing of Barony Temples" Decision, informing the player that they cannot have barony-tier theocratic vassals

-Uploaded the mod to PDX mod page as well

Localisation Fixes:
Fixed Text claiming vassal contract is only once pr. vassal character life.

GUI + Localisation Fixes:
Fixed the vassal tab within realm menu (It made some weird choices with regards to displaying income, contract and obligations)
