Updates:
-Add two more secondaries which only provide light attack, unlocked with medium battery
-Increase war score gained from sinking enemy ships
-Nerf British heavy cruisers' armor (they are white elephants)
-Nerf Italian Bolzano to be a modified version of Trento, buff Zara-class
-Minor rebalance of carrier and battleship speed

Fixes:
-It should be compatible with ship name mod that DOESN'T directly overwrite vanilla files.
-Learned how to say Great War
-Rename ship gun for King George V
