Notable Changes:
-Rework all Roman Numerals on module icons to align with vanilla style.
-Add an easter egg of Kantai Collection.
-New Modules: Light Battery with RAT Launchers, Tier V DP Secondaries

Notable Changes:

Updates:
-High speed engine tech is now unlocked by new special projects.
