Hotfix for a couple of harmless error logs and friend/foe mines should be spared your wrath, in theory.

Implement mine defense and mutual missile defense. Normally ships only defend themselves against missile launched at them. Now everyone will. Teamwork!

New: Menu option added to automatically set all player ships to the recommended options for this mod. This will also monitor newly built ships and set them them accordingly. Medium missile turrets will be set to Attack Fighters which that mode is not changed by this mod, but I don't think missiles work well as anti missile defense.
Fix: Disabling the Potshot mode will now take immediate effect if previously enabled.

Implement option menu for Attack Capitals turrets to fire at fighters if no other valid targets. Default is disabled.
