- Hardened can now deal damage to Hunter-Choppers and Gunships

It took some doing, but I managed to figure this one out

- Added two new settings

In the 'Miscellaneous' tab, there are two new settings: "Gunship balance mechanic" and "Gunship balance mechanic HP"
In a nutshell, they allow you to increase / decrease the HP of spawned Gunships. This is to offset the fact that, by default, they only have 100 HP.

This is to make the Hardened perk more balanced for those who want it.

- Added the Cold Blooded perk

Requires Arctic's "Combat Stims" addon. Permanently applies the "Cold Blooded" effect to the player. Located inside the new "External Perks" tab.

- Improved the toggle icons mechanic

The button in the settings was changing the hide icons option, not the toggle icons bind, so if you used the setting just change "CODPerksHideIcons" to 1 or 0, or just use the settings menu to change it.

Icons are toggled by keybind, "CODPerksToggleIcons KEY" This will fade in/out the icons, depending on if they're at full or no opacity.

Icons can also be toggled via console command "CODPerksToggleIcons". Bind it either through the console or the settings menu
