- Double-Tap now increases weapon rate of fire by ~20%
This is technically not accurate, as the Perk reduces the delay between each shot by 20%, but the end result should be relatively the same.

Major update focusing on Engineer, with some changes to Blind Eye:

Engineer
- Updated turret placement mechanic
The instant placement has been replaced by a more sophisticated method that requires user input and allows the player to see where the turret will be placed, similar to how placing a sentry gun killstreak would work in COD.

- Added mechanic to prevent turret from being placed on invalid/uneven ground.
If the turret is placed in a position where either the front or back legs are too high off the ground, the player will not be able to place down the turret and the highlight will turn red. The text will also change to inform the player of why the turret cannot be placed down.

- Turrets on players' backs will automatically change position
Now instead of requiring the player to select the "Alternate turret position" setting, the turret will automatically switch positions whenever the player changes playermodels. Using the position sliders in the settings menu will also change the turrets position automatically, instead of requiring it to be placed down and picked up again every time.

- Added new option for spawning in with a hacked turret
When enabled, players who have the Engineer perk selected will spawn in with a free hacked turret on their back. There is also an additional option to only have this trigger on the first spawn.

- Updated text prompts
Text prompts now feature a black background, which helps with visibility in brighter areas/backgrounds. The prompts now also fade in/out, for bonus style points.

- Added sound effects for picking up/placing down turrets
Nothing fancy, just uses the turret activation/deactivation sounds

- Added setting for adjusting Engineer hacking speed (value is X/100 per tick)

Blind Eye
- Added partial invisibilty to Hunters/Striders
When the Blind Eye perk is enabled, Hunters and Striders will only attack the player if they get within 15/30 meters of the NPC. Damaging them whilst within 30/45 meters will also cause them to spot you for 12 seconds. Breaking line of sight for 6 seconds (after the 12 second cooldown from dealing damage has ran out OR being outside the 30/45 meter radius) will cause the NPC to become neutral again.

This one might cause some issues, but I did my best to try and avert any problems.

Mobility and Stamin-Up
- Fixed player speed not resetting when perk is disabled
Note: Addons that alter player speed will disable any movement speed related Perks. This is because other addons constantly set the player speed, whilst this addon depends on one-time increments.

Misc
- Updated some perk descriptions to better describe their function
- Updated settings menu options for better clarity

A few Perk changes:

Quick-Fix
- Player can now pick up health kits and vials whilst temp HP is active
- Picking up health kits will override temp HP, reducing the amount of HP lost when it decays

Survivalist
- Quick-Fix temp HP no longer allows healing above the current health segment

Hardened
- Improved functionality for dealing damage against Hunter-Choppers, Gunships and Striders
- Should work better with non-HL2 weapons now

High Alert
- Now only triggers on NPCs when the player is in their view cone, for more accurate behavior
- Functionality for players remains unchanged due to complexity

Various changes:
- Changed/Fixed various perk descriptions

Scavenger, Armorer & Vulture's Aid
- Item drops only occur when at least one player on the server has the perk selected
- Fixed players without the perks being able to pickup the item drops
- Items are hidden more reliably

Scavenger
- Fixed ammo pickups causing errors

Perk Changes:

Marathon & Stamin-Up
- When suit power is enabled, sprinting depletes suit power at half-rate instead of doubling current suit power

Looks nicer + it performs its intended function. It also doesn't mess with oxygen and flashlight power now
