HAWKS PATCH 1.2

--GENERAL--
+ Removed certain stray pixels from the hurtbox during many attacks, including: UStrong, FAir, UAir, DAir

--GIMMICK--
- Max number of feathers decreased from 8 to 4.
- Remote strongs are now cancelled when Hawks gets hit during the strong attack.

--DSPECIAL--
+ Hitbox stats have been changed to properly scale with the new 4-feather cap, as well as removing the very weak versions of the move.
> Damage unchanged 4-12 -> 4-12
> BKB increased 5-8.2 -> 6.5-8.1
> KBG increased .5-.9 -> .6-.92

--DSTRONG--
+ When used off a ledge, can now be jump-cancelled before you hit the blast zone.

--USTRONG--
+ Hawks now jumps up during each swipe, granting the move more vertical coverage.

MISC
* Victory theme made slightly quieter.

MECHANICS
- Feathers can now be hit by enemies while grounded. Doing so will incur no hitpause and will prevent whifflag for the attacker, and the feather will be launched up and forward regardless of the power or angle of the attack used. This allows Hawks' opponents to temporarily 'disable' feathers (feathers cant be picked up or used in Remote Strongs while they're airborne) and knock them off the stage so Hawks will have to wait and regenerate them.
* Feathers no longer make particle effects when they land. The effect that used to be made is instead made when the feather is hit.
* Feathers are now partially transparent when they are airborne, to reflect their inactive nature and to reduce visual clutter.

JAB
* Jab 1 Hitpause 6 -> 3
* Jab 2 Hitpause 6 -> 4

FTILT
* Angle 105 -> 45
* KB increased 6+.4 -> 6+.85
+ Damage 5 -> 8
+ Hitpause 4+.1 -> 7+.7
//Hawks was intended to have poor kill power, however what I was seeing was a little excessive. Turning FTilt into another option to take stocks at high percents should help.

DATTACK
* Hits 1 and 2 Hitpause 6 -> 3

USTRONG
* SFX timing adjusted.

DSTRONG
* Hit SFX adjusted.
* Down-stab hit Hitpause 10+.9 -> 6+0 for grounded opponents only
//this allows it to retain its strong feeling when used as an offstage spike, while making it more fluid when used on-stage
* Quake hit Hitpause 6+.4 -> 8+.9

UAIR
* Late hit reworked to work the exact same as the early hit, just with an angle flipper. No more low-angle reverse hit uairs.

BAIR
+ Damage 10 -> 11
* KB increased 7+.8 -> 7+.9
//Hawks was intended to have poor kill power, however what I was seeing was a little excessive. BAir is being given a little love to help seal stocks at more reasonable percents.

DSPECIAL
- Increased the distance that feathers are sent.
+ KB changed 5+.3-7+.86 -> 5+.5->8.2+.9
//Remember that DSpecial's power is based on the amount of feathers Hawks has left, so this move won't be as strong unless Hawks has all 8 feathers. However, making this move consistently a bit stronger should help Hawks find some easier kills, as improper DI can let Hawks confirm into this move off of most of his moves.
//New KB formula-> BKB: 5 + (numFeathers * .4), KBG: 0.5 + (numFeathers * .05). 90 degree launch.
//At 0 feathers, 5+.5
//At 2 feathers, 5.8+.6
//At 4 feathers, 6.6+.7
//At 6 feathers, 7.4+.8

Hawks Patch Notes 1.0

AESTHETICS
* Adjusted portrait, preview and results-small images to use the light and medium shades of hair color instead of medium and dark.
* Feathers now have quite a bit more polish:
> Added animation for a falling feather
> Added new sprite for a grounded feather (makes it easy to tell when a feather can be picked up or used in a Remote Strong)
> Added new animations for both Remote Strongs, including a wind-up sprite
> Added particles when a feather will be used in a remote strong-- blue for UStrong and orange for FStrong
> Added particles and sfx when a feather lands
* Added a temporary victory theme

BUGFIX
* Fixed a bug in which feather projectiles that were destroyed with attacks would sometimes not regenerate and would be permanently lost.
* In accordance with the previous bugfix, a failsafe is now in place which detects if any of Hawks' feathers are destroyed and will put them on the regeneration cooldown (as if they fell offstage)
//this also makes it okay for other characters to destroy his feather projectiles or articles, such as Clairen with her plasma field.

- Adjusted the motion of feathers when used in Remote Strongs
* Feathers now rise into the air on startup, and no longer continuously move backwards
+ Feathers now fly slightly faster during the attack portion of the move
- The attack portion of the move has been reduced in time (12f -> 8f)
* Feathers now lose most of their momentum as soon as the attack portion is done
- Remote Feather Strong Angle 45 -> 80
- Remote Feather Strong KB 8+1 -> 7+.6
- Remote Feather Strong Hitstun Multiplier 1x -> 0.6x
//This now makes feather FStrong essentially unable to kill, but it still sets up for some nice combos.
- Remote Feather Strongs now put Hawks into Extended Parry Stun when parried.

* Main Hit Angle 90 -> 290
* Main Hit KB 10+1.05 -> 6+.7
// Main hit now attempts to combo into the ground quake hitbox, instead of launching directly up. Offstage, this move can now be used as a spike, though Hawks will also SD.

+ Quake hit KB 8+.85 -> 9+.95
// The quake hit is no longer a sourspot, instead being the main launcher, so the knockback has been buffed to compensate.
- Main Hit Damage 11 -> 9

// This move now allows both hits to connect, so the damage has been adjusted as to not do a combined 18%-- though the new 14% is still more than the single-hit ver ever did.

NAIR

+ Knockback changed 6+.5 -> 5+.7 (better at combos at low%, better at killing at high%)

NSPECIAL
- Startup 7 -> 10
- Endlag 12 -> 16
- Now has a cooldown of 30f after use, and cannot be rapidly pressed to fire multiple feathers.
+ If you hold the special button, Hawks will send a rapid burst of 3 feathers instead of 1.
- Feather seeking time 30f -> 20f.
- When feathers are parried, they are destroyed and will go on a 300f regeneration timer (same as if a feather fell offstage)
