Cool, but neutral air lacks a hitbox of any kind (Not the hurtbox, i meant the fact it literally cannot hit anything, and with show hitboxes on, it doesn't do anything

Hawks rocks, tbh.
excellent execution of an anime character on rivals, I love this!
Maybe add victory music though? because upon victory, it just makes a weird "no" noise and then goes to normal victory music, but of course, you dont have to do this if you dont want to :)

Testing the character I discovered a bug. If the feather as a projectile is destroyed, the feather does not respawn on any way and is lost for the rest of the combat
