Reverted to see if this fixes dialogues that I changed in the most recent update, hopefully this fixes things. Sorry for anyone who played far enough in the quest and experienced a broken ending.

Fixed some of the loot you may come across, will need to *still* fix the Finale loot chest, as there's 2 or more potential stashes, need to make it only 1 lockable safe. Next patch will fix the spoiler tag.

Reduced the loot from the various Ninjas to only have lower-quality gear and medical supplies, accidentally left good stuff in for testing purposes when first making the mod lol

Fixed Big Dave's House, again... lol. This is just an issue really with being in the Swamps. Sometimes foliage will block doorways.

If you experience issues, try doing Ctrl+Shift+F11 to automatically fix broken buildings / pathing. This helps a lot in the Swamps in particular. Alternatively, you can save and reload right outside the house which should automatically fix it as well.

House was adjusted / moved slightly to lower it further into the ground and make sure the door is easily accessible to walk through.

Also added a bunch of new "Randomized" lines in dialogues, this will increase the variety of dialogues when speaking to Morse.

Gave the new starting character a Bounty... again lol. Previous value was "1", as in 1% chance on game start. Now it's 100%

Updated the Game Start for "Morse's Quest"

  • Renamed the start to "Pathless in the Dark..." and changed up very minor details in the starting character's stats, to make it a decent start for heading into the Unknown...

Adjusted the 'Score Bonus' for one specific line... (One of the Endings) to make it appear at the very top should you want to show Morse this item...

Removed the "MorseQuestTest" game start (it still exists, although hidden).

Added a "Morse's Quest..." game start which should give you decent gear, a bounty with the Holy Nation, and a -15 relations to the HN as well. (See screenshot for example)

Huge remake of the entire mod!

See changes below:

  • Rewrote pretty much all dialogues, and made it far better for Players to be able to navigate around Morse's dialogues (Ask another question...?)
  • Redid all of the endings for the quest, to make it way "smoother" of an experience!
  • Fixed up all known issues with Dave's House, Victor's House.
  • Completely redid all of Morse's "Misc" dialogues, ie. when you're roaming around / fighting / visiting towns, etc.
  • Added a lot of "Color Coding" to dialogues to emphasize very specific things (see screenshots for examples)... I recommend "Dark UI" to make it look as intended, but it works with Vanilla UI as well.
  • Fixed a lot of the AI issues with Morse (previous issues were mainly from doing lockers/unlockers/AI contracts badly lol...)
  • Added a lot more time to Morse's Bodyguard AI, you now have 7 days "standard" (you can potentially unlock more time if he trusts you...)
  • Fixed up Morse's sword Stats to make it less super OP (It's still a Meitou...)
  • Added way more links and notes if you decide to open the .mod to try and craft your own "Quest"! (Check out the 'Kenshi Community Discord' if you'd like to try modding yourself!)
  • And a lot more smaller changes!
