Fixed an issue where Totemic Ambushers did not benefit from Totemic Edict or Time Warp.

Increased the scaling of most Chaos damage skills.
Bring them Down now lasts for 3 turns instead of 2, and reduces resistances, initiative and damage by 10 instead of 5.
Shell Cracker now removes both Fortified and Magic Shell. It can now be used every 7 turns, instead of once per combat. However, it also threatens to Knock the user Down, and destroys a small amount of their physical armour.
Counterwise Feint now reduces the targets' base movement range via the Dented Armour debuff, and scales with 15% instead of 1%.
Altered a few skill descriptions to make them easier to understand, and to clear up a few issues that cropped up while working around engine limitations.

Reduced the ability requirements of "Another Realm's War" from 3 Perseverance and 3 Leadership down to 2 of each.
Increased the base power per hit of "Another Realm's War" from 30% to 31%.
