Set the Authority bonus to 1.0 for Mounts (same as any other Follower). This may change in the future, as I honestly think this should be lower for balance reasons. However, as the Undead Rhino Mount and likely others that can be purchased from the Black Lotus Bazaar are also set to 1.0 (and can be brought along with other normal Followers) I see no reason why regular Mounts should be nerfed in comparison.
