* added wisdom training method setting to allow selecting the wisdom impact on the mercs training

Old wisdom settings can be selected from the new menu by selecting the "easy" option.

* updated the bonus XP gain range.

The old values felt way to cheaty, so I had to adjust them. New range is now between 0% and 10% selectable in the mod options.
