-Added Mercenary heavy rifle (revenant)
-Rimeffect FENRIS and YMIR mechs now in use by Eclipse and Blue Suns factions during raids and base defense
-ME:Genophage pawns now supported in Blood Pack(krogan) and Eclipse(salarians)

-Reworked Batarians to have a 'real' second set of eyes. Essentially, they would have to lose two eyes to drop sight capacity like a Human would after losing one.
-Batarians' secondary eyes will display a wound texture now, if lost. (texture doesn't display properly if pawn is downed, fix later)
-Buffed Batarian's sight-related combat skills
-Gave Vorcha the appropriate amount of digits on their bodies
-Added in a few tattoos Vorcha pawns can occasionally spawn in with
