- Reclaiming "fabric" from metallic items

It always bugged me that Reclaim Fabric would effectively "take over" the task of smelting armours that in vanilla is an ability of the Smelter. Just prior to the launch of 1.5, I set up a filter to limit what apparel could be recycled, but 1.5 subsequently broke the mod, and I never released it to the public.

This update now includes that filter, so the only armours that can be reclaimed now are non-metallic kind. Please note that in the case of Plate Armour it will only reclaim from the non metallic types.

There is one small flaw:

Reclaim Fabric thinks it can get back resources from headgear, but it can not. The Simple Helmet and Flak Helmet still appear in the list of available items, but these will not be reclaimed. This is a vanilla issue, beyond my control (unless I figure out a way to ban singular items at some point)

Modded Headgear may suffer from the same issue, if it is metallic. If you are using a sheild mod like Combat Shields the same will apply here too. My Combat Shileds: Lite mod sets the Ballistic Shield as available, but it's not.
