Fixed a typo in the defs for golden pila heads that was making them do 226 damage instead of 22.

The Anomaly weapons (Nervspiker, Hellcat Rifle, and Incinerator) aren't implemented and likely won't be implemented in the future, due to difficulties replicating their vanilla behavior within the Modular Weapons framework.
