Survivability Patch!

-Added a 25% lifesteal for 1 turn after using Soul Reap.
-Tripled base Lifesteal on scythe weapons. (5% -> 15%)
-Added Vamp to Ankle Biter similar to Mosquito Swarm, might need to keep an eye on this one or it could end up being too good.
-Increased base survivability of the summons slightly, hopefully they spend less time dead (or as an egg).

-Pushed Reaper spawn level back a bit further to level 4, where the class starts getting more skills available.

-Recompiled all the portal effects, so they shouldn't disappear in the rain etc.

-Reduced Reaper Invasion chance to 10% if you are a Dimensional Reaper, still 5% for other characters. I noticed there were entirely too many Reapers spawning, which quickly became lethal with the combination of my Gravewalker NPCs reviving throughout the fight.
-Fixed an issue with the Dimensional Energy tags not being gone when you revived.
-Hopefully fixed Summons occasionally not receiving the talents, now I'm constantly reapplying them when they enter combat or start their turns.
-Made the Phoenix continue to follow the player after reviving, it would get disconnected and then get left behind via waypoint teleports etc.

-Fixed Undead starts, sorry I didn't have a second equipment set set up for them so they were starting unmasked... woops!

-Fixed Uniques not leveling properly, if your unique does not appear to be working (picked it up prior to update) then drop it on the floor and pick it up again and it should be fixed.
-Fixed Summon skillbars getting a little cluttered, having skills they no longer do etc.

-I think I actually fixed it this time, was an issue with checking a database that was empty, but because I was formerly using 0 based indices for it it was trying to find index 0 when it was empty, causing crash.
-Also potentially fixed an issue with Summons losing their inherited talents when they evolved/rebirthed. Not entirely sure if it was actually happening or not but I noticed the Pawn was inconsistent on my Phoenix.
