-Fixed Unique buffs not reapplying after death.
-Fixed Weave skills potentially causing summons to not naturally evolve (evolve status timer went into negative, which becomes infinite).

-Fix for Weave damage applying on itself, causing it to repeat until the enemy was dead.

-Fixed some inconsistencies with the new skills and made them only castable in combat.
-Fixed Rift only being useable 2 times instead of 3.
-Adjusted most summon targetting skills to follow Helaene's logic, so they can be cast on summons that aren't your own. Exceptions to this are Shadow Realm and Forced Evolution, which must target your own summons.

-Made Dimensional Pocket transfer its relevant statuses to the totems it spawns (Supercharger, Dimensional Rage, Dimensional Reverberation, and Eternity Door).
-Fixed an issue where you could target totems with DeManifest.

-Added 3 new skills that are similar to Sorcerer Metamagic in other games:
-Spend Dimensional Energy to preemptively enhance the next skill you use, buffing allies with elemental resists,
buffing summon damage/speeding up evolutions/or increasing damage.
-The skills consume 1, 2, and 3 DE respectively in order to enhance to varying degrees.

-Fixed an issue with some of my damage calculations for Maelstrom/Decimate, they were returning 2 damage instead of the proper amount. >.<

-Made Torturer work with Forced Penance, causing the inflicted statuses to last longer.

-Added new Starter tier skill called Forced Penance, which will use 10 DE to inflict chaos damage and Dimensional Distortion. I added this one because there is no real way to spend the energy at the beginning of the game and I also was looking for other ways to work Dimensional Distortion into gameplay.
