Update 160823
- Optimal (baseline) blood sugar is now 5.5. It was a bit low, so this has been upped
- Damage model for high blood sugar has been modified. Damage will now ramp up proportionally to blood sugar value. Still very much a WIP
- Hunger increase for low blood sugar (<3.3 && >2.7) is now slower
- If player has a total glycemic load that is >15, hunger effects will not be applied. This change was made in order to (hopefully) remedy the "starving and satiated" bug
- Fixed several minor bugs

WIP build, core features present, but not optimal.
Tested in MP, but YMMV...
