Reworked new career enemies. They were too strong due to incorrect Tiers.

Added new enemy fighter enemies to Career mode. I tried to make them balanced with other similar tier ships, or with specific weaknesses. They aren't optimized.

Introducing the fighter Chaingun!
Advanced and Quantum and 3way thrusters buffed. They were using a 50% engine buff instead of fighterSpeed 300% buff.
Pulse laser more pulsey looking. Power consumption nerfed, but still really good compared to lasers.

Three new SubFighters! These are standalone components with thrusters, weapon(s), shields, and a pilot. Great for swarm tactics, very good vs large ships with minimal secondary guns. Not so good vs full sized fighters.
