Added cool new spinning thrusters.
Added energy cannon with burst-fire for hit and run attacks.
Added expansion computer which is like 1/2 a cockpit but no buffs.
Added power relay/capacitor.

Added faster turret rotation and arc to recoilless rifle.
Changed Plasma Turret to fire ONE big projectile instead of 30 small ones which makes more sense since it creates a plasma cloud. Less OP and should be more stable.

Fixed small thruster animation.

Added new encounters, rebalanced others.
Fixed recommended power for several components which were wrong or missing.
Finally fixed fighter armor wedges so they work correctly in mirror mode!
Buffed Core shield since its a lot more expensive. Now has 2x power of the 1x2 modular shield.

Emergency fix to fighter manipulator due to yet another name change in game.
Added new Plasma Fighter Turret which is really cool but crashes a lot due to bug in game. Def not bitter.

Fixed some encounters with bad door placement that made crew stuck.
Fixed issue with fighter missiles not working in career without specific things researched.
Added a few new encounters.
XRay laser now has correct new icon and blueprint since I reworked graphics.

Fixed bug with core shield exploding hugely.
Minelayer buffed.
Barrel armor cost fixed.
New starter ships with some modifications.
Nerfed fighter mining laser somewhat. Its now 1/3rd of a regular one basically.
