Balance:

Pindown rework: renamed to Snipe
Spends all AP. The target is Marked. At the start of next turn, shoot the target if the target is still in the line of sight. The attack will have max aim levels. Each aim level grants 5 extra critical chance. This attack bypasses low cover and has reduced penalties to hit body parts. Snipe requires a clear line and sight to the target.
The attack costs 4 + the cost of entering stance. The cost can be increased if you have persistant recoil, but otherwise will remain the same if you have additional max aim levels, making it synergic with high magnifiction scopes.

Significantly increased the reduction of Snapshot penalty when using a Setup MG
MG setup is also a bit more efficient at reducing recoil
Desert Eagle magazine size reduced to 8
Sligthly reduced No Stock impact on recoil
Sligthly reduced Snapshot and Hipfire extra penalties for run and gun and mobile shots
The bonus accuracy for shooting against the same target has been restored to 10%
Increased the base move range for Sprint action
Tex's perk reduces the cost of manually cycling revolvers by 2 ap (minimum 0)


Options:
New Default Firearm Noise option is 150%. The percentages can go up to 200% now. If you want the old setting, use 100%, if you want vanilla-like, use 0%.
Added an option to modify AI vanilla extra free move related to game difficulty.
Added an option to modify how much AP the AI pays for shooting stance. The default now is 100% (same as player), It is recommended to lower this to 50% if you dont use Ratos Ai overhaul or other AI mods.
Default option for Guns Freaking Hurt is now 100

Fixes:
Fixed the Lions Roar not having sound.
Fixed the Lions Roar attack AP costing 1 more than it should.
Fixed some weirdness related to units in shooting stance changing orientation when in uneven terrain and prone
Using Prepare Weapon outside of combat will now properly display the animation and take the correct amount of time

fixed a bug when trying to InterruptPreparedAttacks when shooting stance is removed.
fixed a bug related to m16 and Bobby's Ray
fixed a bug related to calibers noise when MoW is also active

Light stock aim reduction from -15% to -10%
Changed upper dex threshold to reduce manual cycling cost to 95 (now 85 = -1 ap, 95 = -2 ap)
Changed min dex for aim scaling from 50 to 10. this will ease up the scaling for low dex units

Mod Options:

Default AI penalty reduction option set to 0.
New option: "Guns Freaking Hurt". With it, you can manipulate the damage of all firearms. By default, this option will be set to 120%

Revised Mags Compatibility:

Changed AK74 magazines to 5.45
Changed RPK74 to use AK74 plataform
M14 (auto variant) will now use correct mag
Changed Desert Eagle magazines to .44 magnum

AI:

Some major rework in the AI aiming logic, expect them to enter shooting stance more frequently
They will no longer pay reduced costs to enter shooting stance, and no longer will have penalty reductions by default
Further AI improvements are planned

Balance:

Reworked the Fast Runner perk:
It will now grant you a combat action: Sprint.
Sprint costs 1 AP, and makes you Out of Breath. It lets you move an amount of tiles based on your agility plus other factors (like bulk of equipment)
Fast Runner will still apply vanilla effects to AI, as they cant use the new action


Increased range of most firearms by 6, shotguns by 4
Small buffs for the Peacemaker
Reduced the penalty for shooting at melee range, and increased the reduction for handguns and SMG. This penalty now only affects targets that are Standing
Other small weapon balance tweaks
Its a bit harder to lose shoting stance due to receveing damage
Changed a bit the critical chance calculations
Hipfiring no long has 1 extra AP cost
BurstFire and other multishots attacks have 30% reduction on critical chance from all sources (0.7 * original, not flat decrease)
Recoil is reduced
Snapshot and Hipfire penalties tweaked
Agility effect on AP reworked: mercs with lower agility will have increased AP, and mercs with high agility will have even more Free Move

Fixes:

Fixed recoil accumulating on all attacks from Run And Gun and Mobile Attack.
Fixed AR15 heavy stock increasing stance AP even when you have enough STR.
Some small compatibility fix with the Mod library
Some visual fixes
